We provide pre-booked taxi services including local journeys, station pickups, airport transfers and group travel.
A contract forms when your booking is confirmed by phone, text or email. Please provide accurate details of pickup, drop off, passenger numbers and times.
Quotes are based on the information given. Extra stops, waiting time or diversions may alter the final fare. Payment is due at the end of the journey unless an account is agreed. We accept cash and card payments. Card processing is handled securely by our payment provider.
We will make reasonable efforts to adjust for train delays and other issues. Additional waiting time may be charged after a grace period.
Seat belts must be worn. Smoking and vaping are not permitted. Aggressive or unsafe behaviour may result in a journey being refused or terminated. Drivers may refuse travel if a passenger is unfit.
You are responsible for your belongings. Please tell us in advance about large items. Lost property is logged and kept for a reasonable period, with collection by appointment.
Child seats can be provided with advance notice, subject to availability. Please advise us of accessibility needs at the time of booking.
We aim to provide the vehicle class booked. If unavailable, we may provide a suitable alternative.
We monitor flights where possible. Parking and waiting fees may apply and will be added to the fare.
